1. The Promoter

4. The seven winners are the drawn at random from the entry forms that have been submitted. All those who wish to enter the prize draw must provide their contact name, contact number, email address and renewal date, in the online entry form, which can be found at guncover.co.uk/new-year-new-gear-new-broker/. By providing the above information you consent to Howden contacting you if you are selected a winner in the prize draw, and you also consent to be contacted about our Classic Motor insurance offering, by any of the methods above that you have provided details for. Details of how we use the information we hold on you can be found in the privacy policy on our website Privacy Notice – Guncover. The prize draw runs from 09:00 on the 19 January 2026 to 17:00 on the 31 January 2026. Full T&Cs can be found at www.guncover.co.uk/new-year-new-broker.

3. How to enter
   • The prize draw runs from 09:00 on the 19 January 2026 to 17:00 on the 31 January 2026 inclusive.
   • All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter though the prize draw landing page guncover.co.uk/new-year-new-gear-new-broker/ by no later than 17.00 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   • To enter the prize draw:
     • You must complete the following
       • The 7 winners are the individuals drawn at random. Those who wish to enter the prize draw must provide their contact name, contact number, email address and renewal date in the online entry form, and agree to the prize draw T&Cs found on the prize draw entry webpage: guncover.co.uk/new-year-new-gear-new-broker/
       • All 7 prizes are given away following a random selection.
       • All 7 winners will be contacted by a member of the Guncover team via the contact telephone number or email address provided.
       • Prizes cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

     • No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
     • The Promoter will not accept:
       • responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
       • proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
     • By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. After the prize draw period has closed, the 7 winners will be picked randomly from all names submitted in the prize draw – the 1st prize winner will be randomly selected first, followed by the 2^nd prize winner, and then the 3^rd prize winner and so on.
   • The prize draw is only open to all residents in England and Wales aged 18 years or over, except:
     • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
     • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
     • members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
   • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
   • The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
     • automatically generated by computer;
     • completed by third parties or in bulk;
     • illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
     • photocopies and not originals; or
   • There is a limit of one entry per entity. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
   • The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
5. The prizes
   • The prizes are:
     • 1^st and 2^nd prizes are a Guncover branded gilet.
     • 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th and 7^th prizes are a Guncover branded baseball cap.
   • The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6. Winners
   • The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
   • The Promoter will contact the winner personally after the 31 January 2026, once the random draw has been carried out and the 3 winners randomly selected, using the telephone number or email address provided with the prize draw entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted.
   • If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, info@guncover.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the prize
   • The winners will be informed of their win, and the prize won, within 5 days of the end of the promotion, i.e. 5 days after the 31 January 2026. The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 10 days of the draw closing date by our chose delivery carrier. We will send it to any UK address, as confirmed by you (the winner). We will not deliver to any country outside of the UK.
   • The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
   • The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 (thirty) days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
   • The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights
   • The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your prize draw entry.
10. Data protection and publicity
    • The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy Privacy Notice – Guncover See also condition 2 and condition 6.3, with regard to the announcement of winners.
    • The winner may be asked to partake in PR and/or photography for social media purposes.
11. General
    • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
